We import products from these three countries as well as offer books and music produced in the USA, Canada and the UK, as long as their topics are the German-speaking countries, their history, language, culture, music and the history and culture of German-Americans.
Most of the products offered on our website are always in stock. We get weekly product shipments from publishers and wholesalers in Europe and the US. The waiting time for out-of-stock-items is normally about 2 weeks.
We can order every book or CD in print in Germany, Austria, Switzerland the USA, Canada and the UK. GermanSense is also connected to an international network of antiquarian bookshops. Your advantage: we can find books which are long out of print.
Twice a year, in spring and fall, we send out a 96 page printed catalog, written in German and English. If you would like to receive a copy send us an email with your name and your address.
We can gift-wrap your order and send it with a birthday or anniversary card to your friends, parents or children. The additional cost for this service is $5.00.
