Payment
Orders will be shipped upon payment by credit card, money order or check. Credit cards will not be debited prior to shipment.
All merchandise remains the property of GermanSense until full payment has been received on our bank account.

Our Return Policy
USA

You may return undamaged goods within 5 days after receipt. CDs, DVDs, and Software can only be returned unopened (shrink wrapped) for a full refund of the purchase price. Should we have sent a damaged CD or DVD we will only exchange them for another copy of the same item. We will credit returned items, but no shipping charges.

There is no return on non-catalog items which we have ordered on your request.

International
Merchandise shipped overseas is non-refundable.
GermanSense will not be held liable for merchandise lost, damaged or confiscated in overseas transports or in foreign customs. Do not place your international order with us if your country experiences difficulty in receiving US goods.
